Since it's hard to find a non-same clan teammate for the pair, you can use this thread to both type in a message "Looking for a teammate" and at the same time look for someone who already typed in and might be a good match for you. To be honest I haven't thought of any other better method, and randomly making up pairs always gets people angry, and rightfully.
